WhatsApp integration

In development and assessment

We are preparing a direct integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform. It is not yet available for general salon onboarding, and no Meta approval or partnership status is claimed.

Intended service for salons

Authorised salon staff will be able to connect an eligible business WhatsApp account and manage one-to-one customer conversations, including sending and receiving messages and viewing delivery status. The assessment focuses on that messaging and the associated business-account and template-management permissions.

Connection requires the business owner’s authorisation. Messages must respect recipient permission and opt-out requests; approved templates are required where WhatsApp’s rules require them. The assessment does not offer campaigns or automated AI replies.

Using the Business mobile app

Controlled coexistence tests keep an eligible WhatsApp Business number usable on the phone and show phone replies in IlMioSalone. Meta determines eligibility and may change available phone features or linked-device support. Review the information in Meta’s onboarding before connecting.

The connection synchronizes WhatsApp contacts. Previous chats and available media are imported only when the business shares history during onboarding; sharing can be declined. Disconnecting IlMioSalone stops its API access after cleanup. To remove the Business Platform connection from the phone, use the WhatsApp Business account settings. Deleting our stored data does not erase copies on the business phone or recipients’ devices.

Provider and data practices

Francesco Fuso operates IlMioSalone and manages the technical integration through Frai. Each salon remains responsible for its customer relationship and messaging permissions. Privacy and deletion information explains the relevant data and how to contact the operator.
