Address lookup uses Google Maps. Use of this feature is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Check the proposed address before confirming it; provider coverage and availability can vary.

1. Service and operator

IlMioSalone is salon-management software operated by Francesco Fuso, a self-employed professional in Spain. The operator’s details and contact appear below. This website explains the service and offers access to the trial process.

The product supports salon workflows such as appointments, customer and team records, services and operational reporting. Access to a particular feature depends on the available release and the agreed service. Product previews use illustrative data.

2. Accounts and authorised use

Provide accurate registration details, protect credentials, and grant staff only the access they need. Use the service only for businesses and data you are authorised to manage. You must not attempt access to another salon’s records, bypass security controls, send unlawful content or use the service for unsolicited messaging.

3. Trials and commercial conditions

A trial request does not itself charge you. Any paid service requires the price, scope, billing period and cancellation conditions to be presented and accepted separately. These pages do not promise that a development feature is generally available or that a future subscription has already been agreed.

4. Product ownership and your data

IlMioSalone is currently jointly owned by 100 Colpi di Lima and Raffaele Trappolini. Operation of the service by Francesco Fuso does not transfer those ownership rights. Software, branding and other protected material remain with their respective rights holders.

Salons retain their rights in the data they supply. The operator processes salon customer data to provide the agreed service on the salon’s instructions. Product ownership does not give a rights holder automatic access to salon customer data.

5. WhatsApp and optional features

The direct WhatsApp integration is under development and Meta assessment. It is not presented as an approved or generally available integration. When made available, its use requires the relevant authorisations and compliance with WhatsApp rules, including recipient permission, opt-out handling and applicable message-template restrictions.

The WhatsApp assessment is limited to human messaging and does not provide automated AI replies.

6. Support, ending access and legal rights

Contact the operator for support, account closure, export or deletion requests. The operator may restrict access where necessary to address unauthorised use or a security incident. Applicable contractual and statutory rights remain unaffected; no provision on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Data requests and retention exceptions are explained in the privacy and deletion information. Material changes to the operator, terms or service will be communicated through updated information and, where appropriate, direct notice.
